Multi Crew Co-operation Course/Jet Orientation Course (MCC/JOC)

Student Pilots Training in PTC aircraft

The Multi Crew Co-operation course is required to be completed, as per JAR-FCL, before adding a multi pilot aircraft rating to a licence. Coupled with the Jet Orientation Course, it will ease the transition between flying the slower piston aircraft and the faster Jet Aircraft.

The objectives of Multi Crew Co-operation training are optimum decision making, communication, division of tasks, proper use of checklists, mutual supervision, teamwork, and support throughout all phases of flight under normal, abnormal and emergency conditions. The training emphasises the development of non-technical skills applicable to working in a multi-crew operating environment.

The training is completed at our Cambridge Training Centre using our state-of-the-art 737-800NG simulator.

The training is completed at our Cambridge Training Centre using our modern fleet of Piper and Cessna aircraft, including a PA44 FNPTII.
