Career Changer
Always dreamed of becoming an airline pilot but never quite got around to exploring what is possible? Maybe you think you’ve left it too late to find out? Here at the Pilot Training College, many of our most successful graduates are more mature individuals who decided to change their careers. Our dedicated team of education professionals will take you through what’s involved, step by step, and give you all the support and advice you’ll need to make that dream a reality.
Can I really make it as an airline pilot?
There’s only one way to find out. Everyone applying for our full time programmes attends a one day Pilot Skills Aptitude and Assessment course. While academic results are a good indicator of capability, we take your achievements in the workplace just as seriously. The right attitude, maturity and dedication are just as important as formal education in achieving your goal of becoming an airline pilot.
Which is the right course for me?
During your Pilot Skills and Aptitude Assessment day, our senior Flight Instructor will meet with you to explore which training programme best suits your career goals and capabilities, based on your Pilot Skills Aptitude Assessment results.
Can I get help to fund my training?
We understand that as a career changer you may be considering the best way to invest in a career that will produce results for you and your family. Our friendly admissions staff are always on hand to advise career changers and their families on how to organise and plan their finances throughout their training. Students on our mentored cadetship programmes get some elements of their training sponsored by our airline partner.
