The Flybe Mentored Cadetship programme offers substantial professional benefits to selected trainees:

 

• Candidates will be selected by PTC and interviewed by Flybe prior to commencement of the course. Completion of JOC will result in a conditional offer of employment with Flybe.
• Successful candidates will have regular contact with the Flybe Liaison Pilot who will be mentoring the course.
