Airline Cadetships

A Cadetship is a programme which an airline undertakes with a reputable Flight Training Organisation (FTO) to train a pre selected group of cadets for positions as First Officers with the airline. There are several variations with each programme being tailored by The Pilot Training College to meet the airline’s specific recruitment and training requirements.
